All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Karachi: 1–3 Business Days

• Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.): 2–5 Business Days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 Business Days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (where applicable) via SMS, WhatsApp, or email so you can track your shipment.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving (or expected delivery) with your order number and, if applicable, clear photos or an unboxing video. We will investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate before placing your order. Branded Vogue is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
